We recognise that life is so much better when everything is simple and what you see is what you get. This is why after a year of being open and running standard shipping charges we have decided to reward everyone who uses our site within the United Kingdom with free shipping.
Once you have ordered a product from us our main priority is getting the product to you as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted you can expect all standard free shipping orders to be with you with 4-5 business days, however many times you will receive your order before this as our extremely fast and efficient team like to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours.

If you just cannot wait for your product then we do offer an option to fast track your order and to get your couriers service upgraded to 24 hour delivery. Options for this are available in the shipping section of the shopping cart and are charged in relation to the weight and size of your order.
Returns:
As you may have heard, here at RGS we offer a 100 day return policy on all products ordered from our store. We are the first and only (as far as we know) guitar store to offer such a large time span to return products. The reason we offer this is to give you peace of mind. What if you’re buying a guitar for your grandson and see an offer you can’t resist but his birthday isn’t for another 2 months. Well with RGS you are safe in the knowledge that if it’s not the gift you expected then we will take it back hassle free and exchange it no worries.
Returning a product to Rock Guitar Store could not be easier, unlike a lot of stores we don’t shy away and try and off load you with excuses or reasons you should keep it, we simply take it back no worries and instantly offer a replacement.
To set up a return please log into your account and follow the returns procedure.
Please read the terms and conditions below of our returns procedure:
1: You can return an item within 100 days of purchase.
2: Item and packaging must be in the condition of which you received it. Not Played / Unused with No signs of Damage or Tampering. All products MUST be returned in original packaging with no postage stickers or anything stuck on the original packaging.
3: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Rock Guitar Store cannot be held responsible for any damages caused in transit. As a result please make sure you insure all returns with the courier.
4: Please do not send back your item to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything for you.
5: Once your return has been received it will be inspected by our team (this can sometimes take up to 72 hours, and if successful we shall issue an exchange / credit or refund which can take up to 7 business days.
What if your item arrives damaged?
We urge everyone who orders from us to inspect their order for any damage upon delivery and to let us know before 11am the following day. If your item arrives with damaged packaging the please make sure you do not sign for the item and sign it as "Damaged". I am sure you can all respect the fact that our normal 100 day returns policy does not apply to orders which have been received damaged. You MUST let us know as soon as possible so we are able to resolve your problem hastle free.
What if your item develops a problem due to a manufacturing error?
Any problems which may develop on your item due to a manufacturing error will be covered under the products warranty (as long as it is still within the warranty period). Please contact us with any issues of this nature and we will forward them onto the manufacturer involved.
Special Orders:
We do not accept any returns on specially ordered or custom products.
